This rug is really beautiful in person. I love how it looks in my space and how much the gold stands out.
The only thing I’m disappointed by is that the rug looks completely different depending on what side you’re staring at it from.
It looks like a completely different rug from both angles.
From one side it looks white, bright, light and the gold is visible. And from the other side it looks dark and grey and the gold does not look visible.
It doesn’t matter how you turn it or what direction the fibres are going in, this is just how it is. Personally I bought it for the light and bright appearance, and wish it looked like that from every angle.
First world problems but i don’t like how it looks at all in the dark version and found that very disappointing as this is not represented on the website at all.
